Terms governing the IDL platform, registration, tickets, and conference services.

Policy dates

Effective Date: 12 October 2026

Last Updated: 12 October 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the official IDL – International Dental Legends website, mobile application, registration platform, ticketing services, educational programs, and related conference activities.

IDL is owned and organized by RADS – Royal Association for Dental Solution.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, registering for the conference, or purchasing any ticket or service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them, subject to applicable law.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not proceed with a purchase or use services that require acceptance of these Terms.

2. Conference Information

IDL is an international dental conference designed to bring together dental professionals, educators, researchers, exhibitors, and industry partners through scientific sessions, courses, workshops, clinical training, and related activities.

The conference is scheduled to take place in Alexandria, Egypt, in March 2027. Specific dates, venues, programs, ticket categories, and activity details will be published through the official conference channels.

The conference organizer reserves the right to make reasonable operational adjustments when necessary, subject to applicable law and the terms of the purchased service.

3. Registration and Account Information

Participants must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.

Each participant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities conducted through their account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

RADS may request additional information to verify registration, professional eligibility, payment, or access to particular educational activities.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in the suspension or cancellation of a registration where legally justified. Any resulting financial consequences shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Refund Policy.

4. Tickets, Fees, and Payments

Ticket prices, course fees, applicable taxes, payment methods, and any additional charges will be displayed or communicated before the participant completes the purchase.

Registration is considered confirmed when the applicable payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued, unless the relevant booking terms expressly provide otherwise.

Participants should retain their payment confirmation and booking reference.

RADS does not request passwords, card security codes, or other sensitive payment credentials through ordinary email communications.

5. Ticket Validity and Access

Tickets and booking confirmations are valid only for the event, ticket category, participant, and access rights specified in the booking.

Participants may be required to present a valid ticket, QR code, identification document, or professional credentials when entering the venue or accessing selected activities.

Access to particular courses, workshops, clinical attachments, or restricted sessions may be subject to separate registration requirements, capacity limits, prerequisites, and eligibility criteria disclosed before booking.

Unauthorized duplication, fraudulent use, or misuse of tickets may result in refusal of access where justified by the circumstances and applicable law.

6. Educational Programs and Clinical Activities

Scientific lectures, workshops, and clinical attachments are provided for professional education and training.

Participation in clinical activities may require compliance with the host institution’s rules, clinical protocols, infection control requirements, patient confidentiality obligations, and applicable professional regulations.

Participants must not photograph, record, copy, publish, or disclose identifiable patient information without the necessary authorization and legal basis.

Nothing in the conference program authorizes a participant to perform clinical procedures beyond their professional qualifications, legal authorization, or the supervision arrangements applicable to the activity.

Educational content is not a substitute for independent professional judgment, appropriate clinical assessment, or applicable standards of dental practice.

7. Program and Speaker Changes

IDL aims to deliver the scientific and educational program as announced.

However, speaker availability, travel arrangements, venue requirements, scheduling constraints, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control may require changes to the program.

RADS may make reasonable changes to speakers, session times, room assignments, course arrangements, or other program details, subject to applicable law and the terms of the purchased service.

Where a change materially affects a purchased service, the organizer will communicate the change and address applicable remedies in accordance with the relevant booking terms and Egyptian law.

8. Participant Conduct

All participants must behave respectfully and professionally toward speakers, staff, exhibitors, sponsors, other attendees, and venue personnel.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive conduct.
  • Disruption of scientific sessions or conference operations.
  • Unauthorized access to restricted areas or systems.
  • Fraudulent registration, ticket misuse, or payment abuse.
  • Unauthorized recording, distribution, or commercial use of protected conference content.
  • Conduct that violates applicable law, venue rules, or legitimate patient safety requirements.

The organizer may take proportionate action, including restricting access or removing a participant, where reasonably necessary and legally justified. Any applicable refund rights will remain subject to the law and the Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The IDL and RADS names, logos, visual identities, website materials, conference branding, original educational content, photographs, videos, presentations, and other protected materials may be owned by or licensed to RADS, the relevant speakers, or other rights holders.

Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing, participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, publicly transmit, or create derivative works from protected materials.

Purchasing a ticket does not transfer ownership of intellectual property or grant a general license to use the RADS or IDL brand.

Speakers and exhibitors remain responsible for ensuring that the materials they provide do not unlawfully infringe third-party rights.

10. Photography, Video, and Media

Photography and video recording may take place during conference activities for documentation, educational, or promotional purposes.

RADS will provide appropriate notices and obtain consent or other required authorization where applicable under Egyptian law.

Participants must respect restrictions on recording lectures, workshops, clinical activities, and other protected content.

Any participant who wishes to raise a concern about the use of their identifiable image may contact the organizer for review in accordance with applicable law.

11. Exhibitors, Sponsors, and Third-Party Services

Exhibitors, sponsors, payment providers, hotels, transportation providers, and other third parties may offer products or services in connection with IDL.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party products and services are provided under the relevant third party’s terms and responsibilities.

RADS will communicate relevant arrangements and address matters falling within its own responsibilities in accordance with applicable law.

Participation by an exhibitor or sponsor does not automatically constitute an endorsement of every product, service, or claim made by that party.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests, booking changes, event cancellations, and course cancellations are governed by the IDL Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All refund arrangements remain subject to applicable Egyptian law. No provision in these Terms shall exclude a mandatory right or remedy available to a participant under the law.

13. Website and Application Availability

RADS aims to maintain reliable access to the IDL website and application but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, connectivity problems, cybersecurity incidents, or third-party service disruptions.

RADS will take reasonable steps to address operational issues and protect relevant systems, subject to its legal obligations.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RADS shall not be responsible for indirect losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by Egyptian law, including applicable obligations concerning consumer rights, defective or deficient services, fraud, or other legally non-excludable responsibilities.

Participants remain responsible for their own personal belongings, professional decisions, and compliance with applicable venue and clinical requirements, subject to the responsibilities imposed on the organizer by law.

15. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

Circumstances such as natural disasters, public emergencies, government restrictions, security incidents, major infrastructure failures, or other events beyond the organizer’s reasonable control may affect the conference.

Where such circumstances occur, RADS will assess reasonable measures, including rescheduling, changes to the format, or cancellation.

Any resulting financial arrangements and participant remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Refund Policy.

16. Personal Data and Privacy

The collection and processing of personal data through the IDL platform are governed by the IDL Privacy Policy.

Participants are encouraged to review that Policy before registering or providing personal information.

RADS will process personal data in accordance with applicable Egyptian data protection requirements.

17. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Participants may contact the organizer to raise questions, complaints, or concerns regarding registration, payments, educational activities, or other conference services.

RADS will review complaints in good faith and seek an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this section prevents a participant from exercising any statutory rights or submitting a complaint to a competent Egyptian authority.

18. Amendments to These Terms

RADS may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the conference, platform, services, or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on the official IDL website with its effective or updated date.

Where legally required, material changes affecting an existing booking will be communicated to the relevant participants.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any dispute shall be handled by the competent Egyptian authorities or courts in accordance with applicable law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional protections available to consumers.
